New Study "Use of the GNSS technology, new chances in the profession and business life with GALILEO" |
GEOsat GmbH has carried out an interview among 2,400 enterprises and organisations (promoted by the government NRW in the project NavitestNRW).
The study points:
GNSS has not arrived in the heads of the managers yet. According to the study 82% of the asked organisations using GNSS or planning this. However, a clear discrepancy is visible between supplier and user. Hardly an enterprise uses the possibilities of GNSS for the own organisation of the business. The concrete added value for the economy has to be fetched in the company organisation.

DIN EN ISO 9001 : 2008 Certificate for GEOsat |

At the 16th of February 2010 GEOHAUS got the certificate about the DIN ISO 9001 : 2008. Auditor was the ESC and Quality Standards Certification GmbH. The certificate is displayed for the firms: Surveying Office Dr. Schuster, Geosat GmbH, Messbild Engineering & Control GmbH and Messbild Geo- und Umweltinformationen GmbH.
The following business areas were audited: Sequent Control of Geometry for Buildings, valuation of realm estate and certification of facts, Legally binding Land Use and Development of Land, Strategic Ownership Consultation, High Precision Measurement Technique, Geoinformation Systems, Service for Logistics and GNSS, Navigations-Systems as well as production and dealing with related Hard- and Software, Industrial Automation. |

The funding of excellence clusters is based on a common strategy that starts from the respective strengths of each cluster and is aimed at the definition of future development objectives. The GEOmeter MX family receives increase. The GEObox offers GPS+GLONASS positions and measurements in combination with GPS data to provide more satellites for positioning in challenging environments. The GEObox is designed to deliver precision positioning performance in a compact form factor.
