<p style="text-align: left;"><img style="margin-bottom: 5px; margin-right: 5px; float: left;" alt="Logo GeobasisNRW district government of Cologne" src="/images/stories/News/Logo_GeobasisNRW.jpg" height="80" width="241" />In the course of a tendering process with detailed test procedures, the GEOsat GmbH received the contract for the supply of 16 MXbox hybrid devices. The deciding factor was the high level of integration of all components in one box and  the special field service capability. The MXbox hybrid  processes signals from the GPS / GLONASS and the correction data SAPOS-services via Ntrip and alternatively the Beacon service of Water and Shipping Administration.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The Division 07 of the district government of Cologne - Geobasis.nrw - is responsible under the legal mandate for the registration of the topography changes and to continue the official geodata. With the MXbox the topographical layout information is collected by local surveyors in the field.</p>
