CHCNAV devices and the Geode from Juniper support the new ‘HAS’ service from Galileo:

The Galileo High Accuracy Service (HAS) enables positioning accuracy of a few centimetres in real time. The highlight: no data connection to terrestrial services such as SAPOS in Germany is required and HAS is free of charge.

With the launch of the Galileo HAS Initial Service on 24 January 2023, users will be able to achieve improved user positioning performance in real time by using HAS data via the Galileo E6-B signal component. Only a few devices on the market currently support HAS.

Juniper's CHCNAV devices and Geode now utilise this new service from Galileo. This means that you can now achieve high accuracy even without SAPOS access.
