We deliver our products within the EU.

Shipping costs:

Germany:

• Free of charge from an order value of €100 (directly in the online shop)
• €8.50 shipping costs under €100 (directly in the online shop)
• Separate shipping costs apply for rental devices and accessories.

Abroad:

• The exact shipping costs and delivery conditions are displayed in the shop during the ordering process.
• In principle, the delivery method FCA (Incoterms 2010) applies.
• Shipping costs can only be calculated for items in the shopping basket.

Delivery times:

Germany:

• 1-21 working days Delivery time
• No delivery on Sundays and public holidays
• Orders with items with different delivery times will be dispatched in one shipment according to the longest delivery time

Abroad:

• 1-21 working days Delivery time
•  Exact information in the order process

Calculation of shipping costs:

The shipping costs for international deliveries can only be calculated in the shopping basket.
